Cancellations<\/h2>\n

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at hello@wajdfragrances.com<\/a> with your order number.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/h2>\n

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photographs of the issue.<\/p>\n

Eligible for return:<\/p>\n

Unopened items in original sealed packaging, within 7 days of delivery.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Damaged or Incorrect Orders<\/h2>\n

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please retain all packaging and contact us within 24 hours.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/h2>\n

Approved refunds are processed within 5\u201310 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.<\/p>\n

How to Initiate a Return<\/h2>\n
