What Does WAJD Mean?
WAJD is Arabic for a state of profound ecstasy, a feeling with no direct English translation. The word shares its root with WAJD, a term in Sufi mysticism for the rapture that arrives in the presence of the divine. We chose it as our name, not a description.

wajd / wʌdʒd/
A state of profound ecstasy experienced in the presence of beauty. The longing that arrives before language does.
The feeling Arabic kept, because no other tongue could hold it.
THIS IS NOT A NAME. IT IS A DECLARATION.
MADE IN QATAR
A country that has always known luxury. A brand built to prove it.
Qatar has one of the world’s oldest relationships with fragrance. Oud, bakhoor, attar – scent has always been how this land speaks without words. WAJD was built inside that tradition. Not inspired by it. Inside it.
Every bottle is made in Qatar. Every fragrance carries the weight of that decision.
THE WAJD PRINCIPLE
Restraint is not absence. It is precision.
Most luxury is loud. It announces itself before it arrives and reminds you it was there after it leaves. WAJD does neither.
Our fragrances are built for people who already know who they are. Who do not need to be noticed, only to be remembered.
Three fragrances. One concentration: 40% Extrait de Parfum – the highest available in commercial perfumery. Nothing else.
