Orders & Returns

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your WAJD experience.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please retain all packaging and contact us within 24 hours.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
